Tuesday 9:30am usually 5/6 miles.
Wednesday Evenings (summer only)
First Saturday of the month
Sunday all day, sometimes more than one offered
National Grading system is used
PACKED lunches are required for all walks unless stated otherwise
Car Sharing Arrangements:
Unless stated otherwise - the meeting place for all walks will be at the SWIMMING BATHS CAR PARK, PHOENIX BANK. Here cars will be filled to reduce the number of cars parking at the start of the walk.
OUR GROUP encourages car sharing. Drivers often appreciate it when a voluntary contribution is made by passengers. As a guide, 6p per mile per passenger is considered an amount which reasonably covers the costs incurred by the driver.
Dogs Policy:
The group regrets that in the interest of safety NO DOGS can be allowed on walks.
